1) These are foil balloon not latex balloons and are not expandable in size (unlike a latex balloon),They have a fixed size and because of this it is easy to pop if blown up too quickly.
2) Inflate slowly by Helium/Air pump or by blowing through the straw.
3) If accidently pierced, it can be fixed with tape.
