1) Sizes Available are:-

- A4 size 21 cms x 30 cms approx
- A3 size 30 cms x 42 cms approx
2)How to order:
- Firstly, choose the size of print required
- Secondly, add the quantity required
- Lastly, and most important add the name for personalisation otherwise this will delay the order
- Finally, please ensure your name and address details are correct
3) Print Information:-
- Printed on 230 gsm
- Unframed
- Designed and printed in the UK
4) Posting:-
- Items are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class post with proof of posting.
- If you require quicker delivery service please choose another option at checkout
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days, as long as all the information has been received
- During seasonal events and holidays however this may be longer.
- Order early especially to avoid disappointment.
5) Returns:–
- Personalised items are unfortunately not refundable.
- We are human and from time to time mistakes can happen,
- In the event that we have made a mistake, please message us via our Contact Us page, in this situation we will request a photo of the mistake and under those circumstances a replacement will be sent straight away.

The artwork is printed using commercial quality printers that produce a slight gloss finish.
As a guide the most common size for a print is the A4 size and this fits into a most standard frames as such consider the size when ordering

- Your print is made to order and customised with the name required
- To personalised add the name you would like in the ‘drop down’ box on the page.
- Suitable for a children’s bedroom to hang on the wall or put into a frame for displaying onto a shelf
The print is sent in a:-
- Clear presentation sleeve
- Sent in a hard backed “Do not Bend” envelope for this reason to ensure it arrives safely
