Gift Box information

1) Sizes are:-

• Box Length at base 14.5 cms approx
• Box Length at Top fold  15.5 cms approx
• Box Height from base to top of handles 20cms
• Box Width at base 9.5 cms approx
• Boxes are posted flat pack

2) To order:-

• Firstly choose the drop down for the quantity
• Secondly add the name
• Lastly consider the length of the name
• The longer the name the smaller the text becomes.
• There is a maximum of 13 characters

3) Box Information:-

• 100% Card stock
• Red colour on the outside
• White in the inside

4) Posting:-

• Items are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class post with proof of posting.
• If you require quicker delivery service please choose another option at checkout
• Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days, as long as all the information has been received
• During seasonal events and holidays however this may be longer.
• Order early especially to avoid disappointment.
• Boxes are flat packed for posting, they easily pop up.

5) Returns:–

• Personalised items are unfortunately not refundable.
• We are human and from time to time mistakes can happen,
• In the event that we have made a mistake, please message us via our Contact Us page, in this situation we will request a photo of the mistake and under those circumstances a replacement will be sent straight away.
