Refunds and Returns

We put the personal touch in all our products and we hope that you love our products as much as we do.

However, we are human and mistakes do sometimes happen.

 

We want you to be happy with your order, however if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and are looking to return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods for a refund or replacement.

 

Please provide supporting photographic evidence and if it’s our mistake a replacement will be send to you straight away. We try to address any issues as quickly as possible.

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunatley we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item where it is apparent that the product has been used

 

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item then please contact support at info@printingitpretty.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

There are some goods that are exempt from being returned :

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised items are not returnable or refundable-unless we have made a mistake.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item where it is apparent that the product has been used
  • Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items.

Refunds

To help us process your return/replacement request quickly please follow the steps listed below

  • Please send us your order number, name and postcode.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse or send money to cover your return expenses.
  • Use a trackable shipping service to return an item/s. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back and received by us.
  • Most refunds are processed within 3-5 working business days from receipt of goods.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays,please allow longer during busier times such as Christmas.
  • Please note that if we do not have available stock for the requested exchange a refund will automatically be processed.
  • Please supply clear documentation stating whether you require an exchange or refund.
  • All refunds will be as per the original payment method.
  • We will endeavour to process your request asap but please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of a return for the replacement goods to be dispatched

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, 

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
